I received the wrong item in my order. I shot off two emails, but they seem to have been overlooked. I’m replying to your message from 07.02.2023. Kate, I appreciate your response. Mistakes happen, and I get that, but it’s important to handle them properly. It felt like you implied I was expecting a reply over the weekend. Just to clarify, I first emailed you last Wednesday, followed up on Thursday to make sure you saw it, and then again on Monday. I was patient.

I’m glad to see that the issue is being addressed, but I didn’t like how it came across that my expectations were out of line. I was actually considering bumping my rating up to a 5.

Absolutely stunning, and the delivery by Royal Mail was right on time. My family really loved the baby set of angel wings.

This was my first experience with this website. I placed an order for a dress that was only available for preorder. Rose and Albert were super quick to confirm they got my order. The dress took a while to show up, but it arrived just in time for Christmas. When it finally came, there was a small mark on it, but with Christmas just days away, I decided to overlook it. The dress is adorable and made of great quality, but the bow just doesn’t sit right on the waist. It’s been bugging me all day because every time I glance at my daughter, the sash and bow end up below the waistline. I tried tying it in various ways since it was driving me nuts, but it never held its place. The dress could be fantastic, but that bow really needs some tweaking to sit correctly.
